NFA UPDATE COVID-19--QUARTERLY REPORT REGULATORY RELIEF FOR CPOS & CTAS - 09 June 2020

On March 23, 2020, the NFA issued Notice to Members I-20-05, which provided an update on the regulatory relief available to CPOs and CTAs during the ongoing global pandemic caused by COVID-19. The regulatory relief extended the due dates for the quarterly reports for period ending March 31, 2020.

CPOs

The NFA extended the due date for the March 31, 2020 Form PQR until July 15, 2020.

CTAs

The NFA extended the due date for the March 31, 2020 Form PR until June 30, 2020.
