Citywealth Magazine Top 15 US Legal Crypto Practitioners 2022 List - 27 June 2022

Mark Ruddy and Patrick McCarty were recently honored in the Top 15 US Legal Crypto Practitioners 2022 List for Citywealth Magazine (U.K.). The list of attorneys honored with this notable award was based on independent research conducted by Citywealth.  Ruddy, in receiving the honor, noted that he is eager to see how crypto participation will develop in the future and predicts that “some much needed clarity in the US regulatory landscape is on the horizon.”  McCarty has been an avid crypto advocate since 2017. Mr. McCarty’s expertise comes from his time as the General Counsel of the CFTC and Senior Counsel in the SEC’s Chairman’s Office. In addition, Mr. McCarty started teaching a Crypto Seminar at Georgetown University Law Center starting in the Fall of 2018 and happily stated that “[He hasn’t] looked back.”
