The Investment Lawyer - a Wolters Kluwer journal publication that cover various legal and regulatory issues existent within the investment management industry - has just published its November 2020 Journal. Cameron Scullen, an associate-attorney with our firm, contributed an article in the November 2020 Journal that discusses the application of federal securities laws to digital assets. The latter addresses the need to develop a new test that will both protect investors and foster technological development in the digital asset space.
